1.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using sixscreens.pk ("the Site"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses any part of the Six Screens platform. These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
2.Our Services
Six Screens provides an entertainment information platform covering Pakistani dramas, films, celebrities, music, and fashion. Our services include:
- Drama and film listings with cast, crew, and episode information.
- Celebrity profiles, news, and entertainment updates.
- User-generated reviews and ratings.
- Music and OST directories.
- Fashion and celebrity style content.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.
3.User Accounts
To access certain features (e.g., writing reviews, creating watchlists), you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
- Maintain the security of your password and not share it with others.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4.User Conduct
You agree not to use Six Screens to:
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory content about individuals or organisations.
- Harass, bully, or threaten other users or any public figure.
- Upload spam, malware, or any harmful code.
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content without permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
- Violate any applicable Pakistani or international law or regulation.
- Impersonate any person or entity, including any celebrity or Six Screens staff.
Violations of this section may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.
5.User Content
When you submit reviews, ratings, comments, or other content ("User Content"), you grant Six Screens a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on our platform.
You retain ownership of your User Content. However, you represent and warrant that:
- Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
- Your content is not defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.
- You have the right to grant us the licence described above.
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines, at our sole discretion.
6.Intellectual Property
All content on Six Screens created by our team — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and database compilations — is the exclusive property of Six Screens Media and is protected under Pakistani copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. Limited excerpts may be shared for non-commercial purposes with clear attribution to Six Screens.
Celebrity images, drama stills, and third-party media remain the property of their respective rights holders.
7.Disclaimers
Six Screens is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that:
- All information on the site is accurate, complete, or up to date at all times.
- The site will be available without interruption or free from errors.
- User-generated reviews reflect the views of Six Screens.
We are an editorial platform. Drama schedules, broadcast times, and cast information may change without notice from the original broadcasters.
8.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, Six Screens Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Six Screens (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9.Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Six Screens at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@sixscreens.pk. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
10.Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
11.Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date and notify registered users for material changes. Continued use of Six Screens after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
